Training

Federal EEO guidelines require that your managers be trained in EEO related matters, such as ADA reasonable accommodations, sexual harassment and other forms of illegal harassment, and other areas of discrimination.

Understanding and applying company policies and practices consistently is a key to avoiding disparate treatment. Managers should be trained to effectively execute their responsibilities.
