To build internal capacity within our client organizations, we design and conduct training and development workshops tailored to their specific needs.  Training programs included such areas as diversity, supervisory skills, EEO and Sexual Harassment, change leadership, career development and leadership skills.  We facilitate initiatives, such as team building and employee surveys, that create and support cultural shifts.
